If you would like to sponsor any of our exciting programs, please submit the online Sponsorship Form or if you prefer to complete the form manually you can obtain a Sponsorship Form from The Aerie Foundation Administrative Office at 121 Middle Road, Devonshire, FL 03 Bermuda.  The completed form can be delivered to The Aerie Foundation Administrative Office in person or by fax to (441) 296 5677 or by mail to The Aerie Foundation, P.O.
